In collaboration with a multidisciplinary team and the Greater Cleveland Regional Transit Authority, Behnke studied and created a plan for a pedestrian-centric redevelopment of a ¼ mile radius area around the W. 25th Rapid Transit Station.  Recommendations include shortening connections to the transit station, complete and green street treatments, gateways, traffic calming, strengthening district identity, pocket parks, a bike share station, outdoor dining, and West Side Market entry prioritization.
