In collaboration with Gensler and Conservation Design Forum, Behnke provided site design and documentation services for Goodyear’s Global Headquarters’ renovation and expansion.

The site design balances Goodyear’s desire for a high-end entry plaza and employee patio while providing security and fire access.
Two green roofs, rain gardens, pervious pavement, native plantings, and a 7-acre native prairie grass meadow all contributed to the project’s LEED Gold certification.
