Cuyahoga Metropolitan Housing Authority Administrative Headquarters
LOCATION: Cleveland, OH
Behnke provided site planning and design services for CMHA's new administrative headquarters and service/maintenance center, a design-build, brownfield redevelopment project.
The final design met the client's extensive site program with efficient use of the 13-acre site. To help meet the project's LEED Silver goal, we evaluated green solutions including pervious pavement and rain gardens, and designed an extended wet detention basin for storm water quantity and quality.
