CUYAHOGA METROPOLITAN HOUSING AUTHORITY ADMINISTRATIVE HEADQUARTERS    

CLEVELAND, OHIO

A design-build, brownfield redevelopment, CMHA consolidated all administrative and service/maintenance functions at this complex.  The design met the client's extensive site program with efficient use of the 13-acre site.  To help meet the project's LEED Silver goal, Behnke evaluated green solutions  including pervious pavement and rain gardens, and designed an extended wet detention basin for storm water quantity and quality.
